It started with a warm burnt sienna underpainting, built the mood with thin ultramarine glazes, taped every panel line for crisp edges, and finished with soft rim lighting and bold shadows.
 
This huge 30×40 oil painting of an elegant Greyhound took patience, but she’s finally complete.
